Tuesday:

Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Barry and Lakeshore Drive location at 7:00 p.m. Workout will be scaled for anyone new to endurance. ** NOTE NEW LOCATION

6 min AMRAP
20 air squats
100 meter run

Rest 2 mins…

8 min AMRAP
20 Walking Lunges
200 meter run

Rest 2 mins…

12 min AMRAP
20 Good mornings
400 meter run

Thursday:

Long: 3 x 1 mile run w/ 3 min rest
Mid: Same as Long
Short: 4 x 800 meter run w/ 3 min rest

Sunday:

Long: 2 hour run AFAP
Mid: 1:15 hour run AFAP
Short: 30 min run AFAP
