Weekly WODs: October 8 – 14, 2012

Tuesday:

Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Barry and Lakeshore Drive location at 7:00 p.m. Workout will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

4 Rounds
600 meter run, 1 to 1 rest
400 meter run, 1 to 1 rest
200 meter run, 1 to 1 rest

“1 to 1 rest” means that you will rest the amount of time it took you to run the distance.

Thursday:

Endurance will meet at the box at 7 p.m.

Rowing technique work

WOD:
4 rounds for time
400 meter run
30 KB Swings
500 meter row
30 Ab Mats
1 min rest

Sunday:

3 x 2k for time
Try to maintain splits to within 5-7 seconds
