Weekly WODs: October 22-28, 2012

Tuesday:

The weather still looks good, so we’ll keep up the outside running. Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Barry and Lakeshore Drive location at 7:00 p.m. Workout will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

5 x 100 m sprint, like jog back to the start line or appox. 1 min rest

800 meter for time, 90 seconds rest

4 x 200 m sprint, 45 seconds rest

800 meter for time, 90 seconds rest

3 x 400 m sprint, 30 seconds rest

800 meter for time

Done!

Thursday:

Endurance will meet at the box at 7 p.m.

WOD #1:

13 min AMRAP – Teams of Two:
80 foot Walking lunges with a plate (45/25)
Abmats

Partner #1 completes two lengths of the turf (80′) while Partner #2 does abmats, then switch. Score is the total number of abmats completed in 13 mins.

WOD #2:

18 min AMRAP – Teams of Two:
400 meter run
Row for meters
Partner #1 runs a 400 meter, Partner #2 rows for max distance. When #1 returns, #2 runs a 400 meter run and so on. Score is max meters at the end or 18 mins.

Saturday/Sunday:

Pumpkins in the Park – Saturday.
