Tuesday:

Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

3 rounds
400 m run
90 seconds rest
Hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Rest 2 mins, then…

5 rounds
200 m run
60 seconds rest
Hold splits within 1-2 seconds

Rest 2 mins, then…

7 rounds
100 m run
30 seconds rest
Hold splits within 1 second

Thursday:

Endurance will meet Thursday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

8000 Meter Partner Challenge

Working in teams of two, each team must accumulate 8,000 meters by running any number of the following distances: 800, 400 and 200. Only one partner can work at a time. Each distance must be run by each partner at least twice, except the 200, which must be run 4 times by each partner. Cannot run the same distance back to back. Fastest team to complete 8000 meters wins!

Sunday:

Because of Memorial Day weekend Sunday Endurance will be TBD. Check back to for updates.

    Bummed that i can’t make it tonight. I am having a fundraiser for the Aids ride near by.
    Come by after endurance to get hydrated and eat some light snacks.

    Last night was fun! Kim and I did the three 400s in 90 sec each; we did the five 200s in 40-41 sec each, and we picked up the pace for the seven 100s, which were hard–especially the slow jog back to the starting line! All in all it was a great night for running on the water:)
