Tuesday:

Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

2 Rounds
1600m Run, 90 sec rest
800m Run, 90 sec rest
400m Run, 90 sec rest

Short:
2 Rounds
800m Run, 90 sec rest
400m Run, 90 sec rest
200m Run, 90 sec rest

Thursday:

Endurance will meet Thursday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

Level I (Marathon):
3 rounds
800m Run, 90 sec rest
4 x 200m Run, 30 sec rest

Level II (Other):
2 rounds
800m Run, 120 sec rest
4 x 200m Run, 45 sec rest

Sunday:

“Simulated Long Run” 8 a.m. @ the Box
