Weekly WODs: June 24-30, 2013

Tuesday:

Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

Triple Races:
3 x 400 meter (90 sec rest)
5 x 200 meter (60 sec rest)
7 x 100 meter (walk back rest)

You know the drill. The winner of each heat will move up a heat, while the loser of each heat will fall back a heat.

Thursday:

Endurance will meet Thursday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

10000 Meter Partner Challenge

Working in teams of two, each team must accumulate 10,000 meters by running any number of the following distances: 800, 400 and 200. Only one partner can work at a time. Each distance must be run by each partner at least twice, except the 200, which must be run 4 times by each partner. Fastest team to complete 10000 meters wins!

Sunday:

Level I (Marathon)
10k Time Trial

Level II (10miler/Half Marathon)
8k Time Trial

Level III (10k/5k)
5k Time Trial
