Weekly WODs: October 6-Race Day

Tuesday:

NEW LOCATION: Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Barry and the lakepath location at 7:00 p.m. weather permitting. Check in on Facebook for weather related updates. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

2 x 1000 @ race pace w/ 1 min rest
Rest 2 min
2 x 800 @ 80-85% effort w/ 1 min rest
Rest 2 min
2 x 400 @ consistent all-out effort w/ 1 min rest

Thursday:

Endurance will meet Thursday at Crossfit Defined Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. weather permitting. Check Facebook for weather related updates. All workouts will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

5k group “Fun Run”

This workout will be scaled for all levels.

Sunday:

MARATHON PROGRAMMING:

RACE DAY! Chicago Marathon.
