Weekly WODs: June 5-11, 2017

Tuesday:

ALL workouts will be scaled!

Warm-up:
1600 meter pacing drill. Teams of four. 

WOD:
Rx: 5 x 800 meter w/ 1:1 rest
Scale #1: 4 x 800 w/ 1:1 rest
Scale #2: 3 x 800 w/ 5 min rest

Thursday :

10 x 100 meter sprints
Rest as needed to fully recover.

Sunday:

Endurance will meet at CrossFit Defined Lakeview at 9:00 a.m. for our Simulated Long Run workouts. Come see what all the fuss is about.
