Weekly WODs: June 12-18, 2017

Teams of Three:
6 min AMRAP
50 meter sprints

9 min AMRAP
100 Meter Sprints

18 min AMRAP
400 meter Sprints

Rest 2 min between each AMRAP. Working in teams of three, complete as many rounds fo the given distance. One teammate working at a time. 

If you are completing this workout as teams of two rest an extra 15 sec for the 50’s; 30 sec for the 100’s; and 90 sec for the 400’s after your partner runs thier distance. 

Thursday :

2 x 1 mile 
Rest as needed to fully recover.
