How is this different than the existing Thursday and Saturday CFE classes?
CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. This program will coach and provide you with group workouts that are scaled to help you reach your endurance goals. You will see scheduled programing each Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday that are designed for endurance events. This programming will take the place of the Thursday CFE class, but the Saturday 8am will be a little different. 

Will I be doing WODs at CFE or just long runs?
Absolutely, and they will be challenging and fun. Just like when you show up to CFD, there will be skill work and WODs. As an example, Tuesdays and Thursdays will generally include intervals while Sundays will likely include a longer tempo training.

How will the training be scaled based on different endurance events/distances?

Each WOD will be scaled and we will work together based on your goals to make sure you’re scaling to the right version of each workout.
