The Saturday Endurance Circuits

Every Saturday at 8am, Crossfit Defined offers a unique Endurance inspired circuit style workout. If you’re training for a obstacle style endurance event, such as an Urbanathlon, Tough Mudder or Muddy Buddy, these workouts may be right up your alley. They are also great for any just interested in further developing their general conditioning.

The workouts generally include constant bodywieght movement such as, running, rowing, push ups, air squats, lunges, burpees, card games, mind games, etc. Every Saturday is different , but the atmosphere is always full of energy.

We typically come up with some unique names, often nicknamed after famous sandwiches, for our Saturday Endurance WODs. Here a sample menu!
